Executive Search Services Terms and Conditions

Under our contingency search program, the fee for our services is payable only when an individual is hired through our efforts.

Search fee:
The fee for our service is calculated at 30% of the hired candidate's estimated first year compensation.

Payment terms:
Fees are invoiced upon completion of the search with completion of the search defined as written acceptance by the candidate of the employer's offer.

Ongoing Obligations:
Should an applicant originally referred by LaFrance and Associates be hired by your organization within one year of the referral date, the placement would be considered due to our efforts and a fee due.

Should an applicant placed by LaFrance & Associates not be employed for longer than 90 days from the starting date, a replacement would be found at no charge to the client.

Constraints:
LaFrance & Associates refers qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.

Your agreement to interview applicant referrals from LaFrance & Associates constitutes agreement with our fee scheduled.
